The day I started driving, I was interested in audio. I got my first car, a Ford Explorer, hopped in it, and went to radio shack. I think they were selling Optimus brand audio, so I bought a sub and an amp, and had no clue what I was doing. One of the old timers said he had installed some audio here and there, so I gave him $50 to help me install it, and the rest is history. I was hooked. I have been working with audio and electronics for over 18 years now, and I love it. I love seeing a huge smile on my customers when they see or hear the finished project. I'm older now, and much more experienced and will continue to enjoy installing until I can't do it anymore.  This type of business is changing every day, and with it, I learn and grow more and more every day. I want to be able to offer audio/electronic services to customers that are not only looking for a professional installer who produces quality work, but also one that offers fair, competitive prices and back up my work with my lifetime workmanship warranty.

At Granite State Audio it is our goal to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product or service provided, we are happy to resolve the problem as quickly and convenient as possible.

*Returns and exchanges policy 

 All returns and exchanges will be given only with receipt (proof or purchase) and does not include refund on labor. Return and exchange exclusions including but not limited to are as follows; 
*Labor Refunds 
Installation fees, labor charges, customer accessories, special orders, professional set-up fees, and third-party fees are not refundable. If you wish to cancel your installation appointment, notice must be received 48 hours prior to the scheduled installation time in order to qualify for a refund. 

*Goods and services that cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances includes but is not limited to; 
Custom sub woofers, custom enclosures, wires and cables that have been opened, custom orders and/or labor costs, anything that has been altered or modified from its original form. 

*Goods and services that CAN be returned or exchanged subject to return shipping costs and/or 15-20% restocking fee 
Speakers, amps, head units, subs, unopened dash kits amplifier kits, fuse blocks, distribution blocks, RCA cables, radar detectors, back up cameras and LED lighting, security cameras, monitors, remotes, TVs, receivers, home speakers

*Product and Service 

Vehicle information must be given prior to ordering products or performing work to avoid missing items or not being able to complete work. Granite state audio is not affiliated with any other company or business nor shall any business or company be held responsible for anything that has to do with Granite state audio unless discussed. 


All product warranty will be whatever the company or product offers. I will help out free of charge if assistance is needed. Any type of aftermarket work that is added to your car will not void your vehicle warranty as per The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) 

*GSA Lifetime Warranty 
Granite state Audio offers a lifetime warranty on the workmanship. If for any reason your install stops working or causes issues I will repair and or replace the work that is faulty. It needs to be either something I did or was cause by something I did, excludes, faulty or defective product, past issues, water, humidity, forces of nature, being tampered with or anything else that is out of my control. The repair will be made based on importance and availability. There may be product and/or gas/travel fees. The warranty can be voided for any reason seem fit. 

 *Faulty/defective products 

Will be sent back to the manufacturer for diagnosis. If manufacturer is found responsible for any malfunction of product, they will be responsible for all costs of parts and shipping. If it is the customer who is found to be at fault for misuse or improper care, they will be held responsible for all costs of parts and shipping of said product back to the manufacturer and distributor. 
*Operator failure 
If you or another person tampers with your product after the product has been installed, whether intentionally or unintentionally, GSA will not be held responsible for any resulting damage or product failure and all warranties will be void. 

*Travel fee 

Locations 10 miles outside of concord NH, will accrue a travel/gas fee of .40 cents a mile unless otherwise discussed. 


*Any type of work that is not included in the price quoted will be discussed before work is performed. 


*Third Party Service   
If for any reason, after Granite State Audio has performed an install or other service to you, you choose to take it to another service technician to make any changes, these policies will be NULL and VOID. 


*Granite State Audio is not responsible for items left in or around vehicle. Vehicle will be looked over for any kind of damaged/faulty equipment within the area where work is to be done before anything is worked on. 


*Any disagreements or disputes, must be made in a formal letter and an agreement must be made and signed by both parties. If an agreement cannot be made or resolved within 30 days, other arrangements can be made. If all resources have been exhausted and you feel the only way to resolve the matter is to involve the legal system, you have that right, but we would like to settle any issues to the best of our capability first.
